1. ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR A REFERRAL
If you are unable to get a referral, please call and our team will be happy to guide you through your possible options on getting an appointment.
2. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
After completing a referral form, contact us at the clinic and we will book you for an assessment.
3. INTAKE AND ASSESSMENT
After our Education Consultant has completed your Intake Assessment, you will then be seen by a Cannabis Qualified Physician who will do an assessment anddetermine if cannabis is suitable for your medical condition. If our physician feels thaaat you can benefit from Cannabis, he completes a medical document (prescription).
4. FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTION
Once the physician has decided that your are a suitable candidate for Cannabis use, you will then sit with our education consultant and go over strain selection and finding a suitable Licensed Producer to fill your prescription.
5. PRESCRIPTION COUNSELLING
We at Cannabis Access Clinic take the time to educate our Members on the various methods of Cannabis use and how they can get the best relief from their symptoms or illnesses.
6. FOLLOW-UP VISITS
Membership at Cannabis Access Clinic allows Members access to our clinic as often as is necessary. If your prescription is not having the desired effect, we will be glad to see you again and discuss the necessary adjustments.
